1. Organiser
The competition is organised by HomesNI Ltd, registered at 2-26 Boucher Place, Belfast, BT12 6HT, Northern Ireland.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of HomesNI Ltd and their immediate family members.
Participants must have an active email address to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition runs from 09/12/24 to 18/12/24 at noon. Any extras after this period will be excluded.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must fill out the entry form above.
5. Prizes
Overall winner: £1000 cash prize
Category winners: £250 cash each:

6. Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the competition draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, HomesNI Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Intellectual Property
By entering, participants grant HomesNI Ltd the right to use their submissions for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Participants retain ownership of their submissions but grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to HomesNI Ltd.
8. Disqualification
HomesNI Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
9. Liability
HomesNI Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may affect participation in the competition.
Nothing in these terms shall limit HomesNI Ltd liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
